Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Your Body Your Plan handles information in the first release of the app.
Information You Provide
The app may store information you enter, including name, display name, email address if provided, sex, age or date of birth, height, current weight, goal weight, avatar preference, fitness goals, fitness level, equipment access, selected preset Program, plan duration, start date, training days, workout benchmarks, nutrition preferences, allergies, injuries, limitations, saved Routines, workout completion status, exercise substitutions, missed workouts, and progress photos or videos you choose to save.
How The App Uses Information
Your information is used to order relevant preset Programs, build personalized Routines, estimate training loads, suggest sets, reps, rest, and duration, generate nutrition targets and meal guidance, provide accessibility-aware exercise substitutions, save Routine history on your device, and let you share selected content if you choose.
Local Storage
The current version stores profile and routine information on your device using local app storage. Progress photos and videos are saved locally unless you choose to share them through your device's sharing tools.
External Services And Links
The app may use external exercise-demo resources to help show exercise form. These may include exercise-demo lookups and YouTube links or search pages. These services are controlled by third parties and have their own privacy practices. Personal profile details are not intentionally sent to those exercise-demo services.
Sharing
If you choose to share a workout, progress photo, or progress video, your device may send that content to the app or service you select. Once shared, that third-party service controls its own copy.
Feedback You Choose To Send
If you email feedback, Ferravox Studio receives the message, your email address, and any information you voluntarily include. Do not include medical records, passwords, payment information, or other information that is not needed to explain your suggestion.
Website Feedback And Context
When you use the website feedback form, Ferravox Studio receives the comments and selections you provide. The form also attaches a random one-time submission ID, submission time, app language and theme, campaign tags in the page link, and coarse context such as country or region, optional state or province, platform, device class, and operating-system major version.
The feedback form does not ask for your name or email address and is designed not to store raw IP addresses, precise location, advertising identifiers, exact device models, contacts, payment details, or health records. Do not place sensitive information in your comments.
Cloudflare processes the request and provides abuse protection. Approved feedback is stored in a private Google Sheet available to authorized Ferravox Studio personnel. We use it for product improvement and aggregate market and channel analysis, not individual advertising profiles. Feedback does not enroll you in marketing.
Detailed feedback records may be kept for up to 24 months. Campaign tags may be kept for up to 13 months. We may then delete the records or retain only aggregated information that is no longer tied to an individual submission.
Analytics, Crash Reporting, And Advertising
The first release is planned without ads and without broad user behavior analytics. If crash reporting or analytics are added later, they should be configured to avoid sending personal fitness, nutrition, injury, allergy, benchmark, email, photo, or video content.
Health And Fitness Information
Fitness, nutrition, body metrics, injury notes, limitations, and progress media can be sensitive. Use care when entering or sharing this information. The app does not read from or write to Apple Health, Google Fit, or Health Connect in the current version.
Data Deletion And Control
Because the current version stores data locally, you can remove data by clearing saved routines, deleting progress media, clearing app storage, or uninstalling the app.
